You may occasionally need to refund an order. On Paypal you can refund the entire amount of an order, or just part of an order.

How To Issue A Refund on PayPal

Log into your Paypal account and click on the “History” Tab.

Find the “Payment” Received and click “Details”

Scroll down and click “Issue Refund”

Enter the refund amount, it can be full or partial.

Verify the details and click “Issue Refund” Paypal does the rest:
